Know it – and you’ll acquire a loyal following.   f)   Three outlines to follow when writing your information: 1) Past…Present…Future, 2) Problem…Solution, and 3) Point….Reason…Example…Summary.   g)   These formats work well when formulating your thoughts in response to an impromptu question.
